No one ever showed up for pick up appointment. Company will pretend to have called you for pick up and refuse to refund or rebook without additional charges.
Absolutely unreliable. Poor customer service to resolve issues. Load Up was scheduled to arrive this week. Did not and had no call, email or text to advise they were not coming. We've rescheduled 3 additional days and times each time with them cancelling saying "we cannot secure a driver" I live in a major metro (over 1MM people) and they cannot secure a date and meet a commitment. Avoid them at all cost!

Repeated missed appointments. Paid for a sofa pickup for 8 am to 8 pm, but no one came. The next day I got a window of noon to 4 pm, but no one came. A loader finally arrived at 7 pm by himself, so I had to assist lifting the sofa to avoid damaging my floors. They gave me a small refund for having to lift, but nothing for the lost time and missed appointments.
The worst. There are few things I hate more than sitting home waiting for a service to arrive, then having them not show up at all. Twice!! They were supposed to come Saturday between 8-12. At 11:58, I received a call that they had not assigned a driver. Today, Monday, they were supposed to show up 8-12. It’s 1:36 now. After several calls, I finally got through to customer service. They said no one had been assigned for the pickup. Now I’m supposed to wait between 4-8 tonight. Unbelievable.
This was a pleasure. I had only two items to be removed. The price was reasonable. It booked online, chose my day and time window. It was quick with no issues at all.
Marcus was our loader today and he was amazing! He was thorough and detailed. Went above and beyond to make it an easy process to remove all of the items from the basement cleanup. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick and painless way to get rid of items around the house.
Excellent service. The two gentleman were courteous, clean, and quick. If we are in need of pick up and disposal again we will definitely be calling LoadUp! they gave us a time window of between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm and they were here shortly after 12:00 pm! We didn’t have to spend our afternoon waiting!
I would definitely use this company again. Mark and Emma arrived at 4:00 just as promised. I was doubtful that just the two of them would be able to load off an old basketball goal filled with cement, but they made it look easy. They were very courteous and efficient.
After a previously missed attempt, LoadUp finally got the old trampoline removed from my back yard. Very impressed with Loader Daryl. Rhys (14) helped, and even taught the loader something.
What an unexpectedly delightful experience. The two young men who came to pick up my mattress were not just kind, courteous and efficient, but also funny and very friendly. I would recommend 10/10!! Thank you!

The guys did a great job removing my furniture. They were quick and removed everything safely
It took longer for me to find Couch Disposal Plus than it did for them to give me a quote, pick up the trash, and let me go about my day. It was easy to book online and get a quote. They gave me a heads up when they were on the way so all I had to do was put out the couch and dishwasher I was getting rid of. Taking it out myself got me a discount. Limited contact too, great for these pandemic times.
